What is the Multiple Listing Service?
A Multiple Listing Service is a cooperative listing service conducted by a group of brokers, such as all the real estate offices in Siskiyou County. All listings are turned into the real estate board, and then the information is distributed to all participants in the service. Shasta Real Estate Group is a member of the Siskiyou County Board of Realtors. The advantage to sellers is that other offices will show Shasta Real Estate Group listings, and the advantage to buyers is that your Shasta Real Estate Group agent can show you other office's listings. This way, you can work solely with the Shasta Real Estate Group agent you trust to best represent you.
